The release of the BRX01 chassis in 2018 was a pivotal moment for Boom Racing. It signified a new chapter for us - from being an upgrade parts manufacturer, to releasing our first vehicle from the ground up. Having many exciting innovations at the time, the chassis garnered a lot of attention around the world, notably being one of the first scale performance trucks with a full stock truck appearance. It has since started a devoted following with the R/C scale community.

The goal of the BRX01 was to create an experience of a high-quality, fun-to-drive vehicle, and an innovative product for hobbyists. Owners of the chassis especially enjoyed the originality of the design, the quality of the components, and the building process, as well as sharing pictures on social media.

The BRX01 has been a continuous project for us, which resulted in many optional parts being released. We received many requests for more products, and one that caught our attention was an upgraded BRX01. With this challenge in mind, we set out to develop the ultimate BRX01. We went to the drawing board, and started by giving the chassis a unique color scheme, lots of upgrades, and one-off CNC machined parts that are unique to the BRX01 Limited Edition. In the end, 130 limited units are produced.

WHAT’S A BOLT-ON KIT?

A Bolt-On Kit means parts of the chassis is pre-assembled and requires minor assembly for completion. The factory assembled parts offer convenience for builders eager to get started.

The BRX01 kit includes factory pre-built axles, transmission, transfer case and shocks. Shocks require oil to be filled (included).

Owning a BRX01 Limited Edition is a truly unique and special experience. As the owner of a Limited Edition (original owner or bought used), you are eligible for the following:

Once your vehicle is registered online, the chassis is officially registered to you and no one else can claim it. This will help with any future updates and can be used to notify you of new options in the future.

All BRX01 chassis kits are numbered and include a VIN#. No two chassis will ever have the same numbers.

This item is covered by Boom Racing's Factory Limited Warranty. However, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the nature of the product.
