Terms & Conditions

  1. Definitions:
    1. “Organiser”: Boom Racing Limited.
    2. “Event”: "3rd Boom Racing Asian Scale Invasion - Return of the Dragon, RECON G6," to be held in Hong Kong, November 02 - 03, 2024
    3. “Venue”: the venue, MX Club, Sheung Shui Fan Kam Road, Hong Kong, where the Event is taking place.
    4. “Tickets”: Tickets to the Event
    5. “Client”: the individual purchasing tickets using this website
    6. “Ticket Holder”: each person who receives the benefit of a Ticket as a result of an invitation from the Client

By purchasing a ticket and entering the Venue, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The right of admission is reserved by Boom Racing Limited. To enter the Venue and attend the Event you must have a valid Ticket. Spectators may enter the Event for free.
  2. A child aged 12 and under on 02 November 2024 is allowed to enter the Venue with a Recon Rascal ticket and must provide proof of age. The Organiser reserves the right to demand proof of age in the form of your government-issued identity card, passport, or other form of proof of identity acceptable to the Organiser.
  3. All attendees under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian who is over 18 and holds a valid ticket.
  4. Upon admission to the Venue, you will be provided with a wristband for each day of the Event, which is required for re-entry to the Event and must not be transferred to other individuals.
  5. All tickets must be purchased from the official website https://www.boomracing.com/asian-scale-invasion-return-of-the-dragon-recon-g6-2024/get_tickets.php. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
  6. Refund and Exchange Policy
    100% refund of all tickets are available before October 01, 2024. 50% refund of all tickets are available after October 01 to 25, 2024. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after October 25, 2024. The refund and exchange policy also applies to ticket options including shuttle bus, lunch, and Awards Dinner.
  7. Each ticket admits one (1) person only, subject to any age restrictions set by the Organiser. Reissues for lost tickets and wristbands cannot be processed under any circumstances.

    Ticket Holder shall be responsible for the safekeeping of their digital ticket and wristband(s).
  8. The Awards Dinner will be held on Sunday, November 03, 2024, at 6:30PM HKT. Only Ticket Holders who have the Awards Dinner option under their ticket can enter the Awards Dinner venue.
  9. Recon Rascal and General ticket types with Both Days and Sunday tickets include one Raffle Ticket. The Ticket Holder must be physically present to collect prizes. The Organizer will not arrange for the delivery of prizes to the winner. Spectators can purchase an Awards Dinner entry ticket but will not receive a Raffle Ticket.
  10. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Event at any stage, if deemed necessary in their sole opinion, or if circumstances arise which are outside their control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions. In the event that the Event is cancelled or the lineup is changed, the Organiser will not be liable for the payment of any compensation or any loss of money and/or expenses incurred. In the event of the cancellation of the entire Event, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
  11. Throwing objects, foul language and behaving in a disorderly manner in the Event is prohibited.
  12. The following articles are prohibited at the Venue and the Event: alcohol, illegal drugs or substances, knives or similar weapons including chains/chain wallets, fireworks, explosives, lasers and laser pointers, smoke or gas canisters (including aerosols), megaphones, air-horns, dangerous or hazardous items of any description, glass vessels, unauthorized items for trading including but not limited to any goods or items using unauthorized event logos or brands, and any other item which in the sole opinion of the Organiser endangers public safety. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to the Event or to eject anyone found to be in possession of any such item(s).
  13. The following behavior is expressly prohibited at the Event and Venue:
    1. Underage drinking. Alcohol cannot be brought into the Venue.
    2. Smoking except in designated smoking areas.
    3. Urinating in public places
    4. Unauthorized merchandising
    5. The Organiser reserves the right to eject any person participating in such prohibited activity from the Event and Venue.
  14. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse anyone entry to the Event and Venue and to eject therefrom any person who, in the sole discretion of the Organiser, fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting on the Organiser's behalf. Anyone found to be causing damage to the Venue, behaving in an illegal or anti-social manner whether or not through alcohol or drug abuse, shall be ejected from the Venue and may be reported to the police.
  15. Ticket Holder (i) consents to the filming or other distribution of images of him/herself whilst at the venue and (ii) waives on an irrevocable worldwide, perpetual basis all rights to object to such broadcasting/distribution in any media.
  16. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense. Persons attending the Event are responsible for their own valuables and the Organiser will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Venue.
  17. The terms and conditions set out herein are subject from change from time to time and can be found on the Organiser's website https://www.boomracing.com/asian-scale-invasion-return-of-the-dragon-recon-g6-2024.
    • To the fullest extent permissible in law, the Organiser shall be entitled to assign any and all of its rights and obligations under these terms and conditions provided that your rights are not adversely affected to any material extent.
    • If any provision contained in the terms and conditions set out herein is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be severed or amended in such a manner as to render the rest of the provision(s) and the remainder of these terms and conditions shall remain valid and enforceable.
    • Any failure or delay on the part of the Organiser to enforce any of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of any of its rights hereunder.
    • The terms and conditions set out herein shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
    • The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Organiser collects the personal data provided by the Client on the site and will be entered into a database owned by the Organiser. The Client hereby consents to such personal data being used for the purposes of the organisation and running of the Event (in particular in connection with the sale of the Event and any relevant safety and security measures in respect of the Event), and warrants that it has obtained the consent of its Guests in relation to the same. The Organiser shall be permitted to transfer such personal data to third parties, including, if appropriate, their respective agents, for the purposes set out above. Furthermore, such personal data can be used to provide the Client with information on the Organiser's products, services, commercial activities, and events.
